How to Submit a Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice with SpyPhoneHub, please send an email to our Copyright Agent at:

Your notice must include the following information in order for us to process it:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit SpyPhoneHub to locate the material (e.g., URL, account name, date/time).
- Your contact information (name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

What We Will Do
After receiving a properly formatted takedown notice, SpyPhoneHub will:
- Promptly review the notice for completeness.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate.
- Notify the user who posted the content that a takedown notice has been received and that the content has been removed or disabled.
Counter-Notice by User
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or other applicable jurisdiction) and an agreement to accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice.

Repeat Infringers
SpyPhoneHub will terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and in accordance with applicable law.
Preservation of Evidence & Law Enforcement
If a takedown notice or a counter-notice involves potential criminal activity (such as copyright piracy on a large scale), SpyPhoneHub may preserve relevant data and cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law.
Privacy
We will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information you provide in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may be retained for recordkeeping or legal compliance.
