We aim for 99.9% uptime, but service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for data loss caused by such interruptions.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Monitoring devices without consent
• Using SpyPhoneHub for stalking, harassment, or illegal surveillance
• Tampering with or attempting to hack the platform

6. Limitation of Liability

SpyPhoneHub is not liable for misuse of its services. The user bears full responsibility for lawful and ethical use.
