Thank you for choosing SpyPhoneHub. We strive to deliver reliable, secure and lawful device monitoring and parental control services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are available, how to cancel subscriptions, and the process we follow for disputes.
Subscription Plans & Billing
SpyPhoneHub offers recurring subscription plans (monthly or annual) that grant access to premium features such as extended location history, geofence alerts, SOS, and priority support. Billing occurs in advance for the selected billing period and renews automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
Free Trials
If we offer a free trial, the trial terms will be communicated at signup. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard:
- Log in to your SpyPhoneHub account.
- Open Account > Subscriptions (or Billing).
- Choose the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period; it will not renew thereafter.
Refunds — Our Standard Policy
Except as described below, payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription you acknowledge that you are buying access to an online service and not a physical product.
Eligible Refunds
We will consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:
- Accidental double charges: If a duplicate charge occurs for the same subscription period.
- Billing errors: Charges made in error by SpyPhoneHub or our payment processor.
- Service unavailability: If our service is non-functional due to a prolonged outage caused by SpyPhoneHub and we are unable to restore service within a reasonable period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of the charge at:

- Or submit a request via the Contact Us form in your account.
Refund Review & Decision
After we receive your request we will investigate and respond within 5–10 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and can take additional business days.
Partial Refunds
In some cases we may issue a partial refund (for example, a prorated refund for remaining unused time) at our discretion, particularly for annual subscriptions converted mid-term.
No Refunds For
We generally do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or user error (e.g., entering wrong device credentials).
- Unauthorized monitoring of third-party devices — user is responsible for lawful use.
- Loss of data due to the user’s device, network outages, or misuse.
Disputes with Payment Providers
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, this will complicate resolution and may result in temporary suspension of your account while we investigate. Please contact SpyPhoneHub support first so we can assist quickly.
Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through your account email or by posting a notice on the website. The Last updated date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.
